Reunion 9′s perspective events can aid your understanding of the life experiences of your ancestors. They can be used in the timeline chart and the ages window. The ages window gives you a different view of history than the timeline chart. It’s primary purpose is to convey a person’s age at the time of each recorded event in his or her life. This video: Adding Perspective to Ages with a Reunion 9 for Mac Genealogy Software Feature Called Event Sets, will take you step-by-step through applying perspective events to an ages window.

Thanks for another fascinating screencast! I only wish I’d could have had the perspective events option when I first worked on genealogy in Reunion in the 1980′s. It would have saved me numerous trips to the library!
Thank you for demonstrating features I have never used. Reunion has so many great features that I haven’t explored.
Coralie and Bonnie, I appreciate your feedback. It’s very gratifying to know my efforts are valued.
